To enhance our successful Plant Engineering Team in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, we are looking for a passionate Metrology Engineer Your Responsibilities Setup and qualify metrology tools to support process tools' TQPQ and product measurement on-time. Ensure customer requirements are fully addressed and implemented, and all data output to customer are valid with right method and on qualified measurement device. Improve tool flexibility and performance to optimise production. Conduct tool matching & stability and calibrate all measuring devices to minimise measurement deviation. Support process & product characterization and failure analysis. Install, qualify and release metrology tools to production Release metro tools according to tracker plan Provide TQPQ report and get customer acceptance Establishes, develops and metrology control systems Setup related LTS health indicator/PCS in system Comply to MCA/MCC requirement Sustain and maintain tool performance Improve measurement quality and reduce tool variation Set up measurement device control and calibration plan Support operation and lot disposition Provide documentation of measuring equipment like process instruction and operator training Support investigation of lot/process issues Fulfilled customer requirement Ensure all metrology capability meet customer specification Support customer audit and report Your Profile Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology, Material science) or equivalent Min 2-3 years of experience in/as operations/quality/production/ engineering experiences in Semiconductor/ IC Substrate/ IC packaging would be an added advantage, preferably working as Metrology Engineer, however fresh graduates are welcome to apply Basic knowledge in statistical process control Setup and develop metrology tool recipe to do measurement Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etc will be an added advantage Background in Statistics and Metrology, specifically the Science of Measurement Effective communication to cross functional department Our Offer Personal and professional growth opportunities in a Greenfield Project of a recognized MNC A chance to actively contribute to AT&S´ success and to create value A secure position with long-term career perspective in an internationally expanding environment Attractive and competitive compensation package Ready for a new challenge to advance your career?
