Overview: The person in this role leads regional Salesforce solution delivery for EU/APAC region , optimizing customer solutions, developing team talent, and driving continuous improvement across regional markets. The role manages significant operational plans and large projects with limited oversight, leads professionals and support staff, builds strong partnerships, influences stakeholders, and applies knowledge of Bunge’s business, structure, and strategy to develop innovative solutions and prepare teams for change. Essential Functions: Manage significant operational plans and large projects related to Salesforce implementation and optimization across the region. Lead and participate with comparable influence in key Salesforce initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional business needs and global strategies. Develop strategic plans for Salesforce solutions within SalesForce & Customer Solution; serve as a recognized expert in regional Salesforce implementations. Provide leadership and guidance to professionals and support staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment. Accountable for budget, performance, and results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams focused on Salesforce solutions in EMEA/APAC. Address complex issues with impact beyond the immediate team, leveraging broad knowledge across related IT and business disciplines. Apply acquired expertise to solve complex problems without clear precedent and recommend process, product, or service improvements. Build partnerships and appropriately influence stakeholders to gain commitment to key technology initiatives. Identify applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies for multi-dimensional regional Salesforce deployment challenges. Anticipate internal/external business challenges and regional regulatory issues, recommending strategic process, product, or service improvements. Make critical decisions guiding technology plans within the department and contributing to short to mid-term strategies. Knowledge and Technical Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration or a Technology related field. A Master's degree may be preferred. 10 to 14 years of overall relevant technology experience, including 7+ years in Salesforce solution delivery management, and 3-5 years in program management, and/or regional/global platform leadership involving strong stakeholder management at all levels in the organization. Deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Pardot, etc.) and best practices for implementation and optimization. Strong understanding of CRM processes and business drivers in the regional market. Proven ability to lead and manage complex technology programs and teams in a regional or global context. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to drive impactful solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
