As a Lead Senior Auditor IT, you will: Lead and supervise audit seniors and staff auditors throughout the audit lifecycle. Oversee interviews, documentation reviews, surveys, testing activities, and audit workpapers. Direct audit procedures, including risk assessment, issue identification, evidence evaluation, and process documentation. Review, coach, and challenge audit teams in developing actionable findings and recommendations. Facilitate opening and closing meetings with local and global management teams. Monitor audit progress, budgets, and timelines while providing regular updates to project sponsors and leadership. Present audit results and advisory recommendations through professional reports and presentations. Build strong relationships with auditees, business leaders, and key stakeholders across the organization. Contribute to enterprise risk assessments and annual audit planning activities. Represent Global Internal Audit on cross-functional project teams and management committees. Mentor, coach, and develop audit professionals to strengthen team capabilities and performance. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field. 5+ years' experience in IT Audit, IT Consulting, IT Security, Technology Risk, or IT Management. 3+ years of leadership or project management experience. Strong knowledge of IT auditing, risk management, and internal controls. Experience with SAP, ERP systems, ITGCs, Cybersecurity, SOX/COSO, Governance, Privacy, Infrastructure, SDLC, or OT Security. Fluent English. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Certifications: CISA, CISSP, CIA, CPA, or equivalent. Why Bunge?
