Summary The Department of Dermatology at Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) is seeking a fellowship-trained Mohs and Cosmetic Dermatologist to join our growing academic practice at the Jamail Specialty Care Center in Houston, Texas. This unique opportunity combines a high-volume Mohs micrographic surgery practice with the ability to expand and grow a robust cosmetic dermatology program within one of the nation's premier academic medical centers. Baylor Dermatology is actively investing in the growth of both its surgical and aesthetic service lines to meet increasing patient demand. Opportunity Highlights Established referral base for Mohs surgery and skin cancer management Opportunity to build and expand a cosmetic dermatology practice Access to dedicated surgical and cosmetic treatment space within the Jamail Specialty Care Center Strong collaboration with an existing team of Mohs surgeons, cosmetic dermatologists, and aesthetic providers Support for academic interests, research, innovation, and resident education Competitive compensation package with productivity incentives Job Duties Perform Mohs micrographic surgery and advanced reconstructive procedures Diagnose and manage complex cutaneous oncology patients Develop and expand cosmetic dermatology services including: Neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®) Soft tissue fillers Laser and energy-based procedures Scar revision and rejuvenation treatments PRP and regenerative aesthetic procedures Chemical peels and other cosmetic treatments Participate in multidisciplinary skin cancer and dermatology programs Teach residents, fellows, and medical students Contribute to departmental growth and innovation initiatives Minimum Qualifications MD or DO degree Board Certified/Board Eligible in Dermatology Completion of an ACGME-accredited Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology (MSDO) Fellowship or equivalent fellowship training Demonstrated interest and expertise in cosmetic dermatology Eligible for Texas medical licensure Commitment to academic medicine and exceptional patient care Baylor College of Medicine is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action/Equal Access Employer.
