JOB DESCRIPTION Support Sales team directly or in-directly increase sales volumes, profitability and brand awareness by taking total ownership of designing effective product and application training as well as customer demonstrations in response to commercial requests within the objectives established by Regional Headquarters and Commercial request. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE Present strong demonstrations and trainings of BC products' quality and functionalities via application in final products. Take full ownership as a product leader in designing, innovating, executing, and coordinating training or demonstration sessions, ensuring successful project delivery within defined budget and quality targets. Secure both rational and emotional customer buy-in through compelling and persuasive product demonstrations. Present innovative application ideas to customers that enhance value-added services and strengthen long-term customer loyalty. Collaborate closely with the R&D team to optimize product formulations for specific applications and meet evolving customer requirements. Partner with Sales Managers to identify root causes of functional complaints and retain customers by delivering effective, satisfaction-driven solutions. Be willing and able to travel frequently as required by business needs. Assume full responsibility for food safety and quality management systems within the scope of this role. Scope: This is a regional role optimizing PAN India opportunities. EDUCATION, LANGUAGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS HM or Culinary Degree with professional pastry qualifications preferred Fluent Business English and local language. Team Player and a great leader. Highly self-motivated with 7-10 years of experience in the Bakery/ HoReCa market, experience working in hotels etc. Strong Gourmet presentation and hands on demonstration skills – Should be able to explain the product with key highlights and should be able to present the cost effectiveness of the product in a professional way. Persuasive communication and marketing skills with customer- oriented mindset Good operational experience. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL OR FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES Strong chocolate and compound knowledge and skills and application (making the final products) Demonstrated capability in managing client relationships. Highly motivated, team player and customer-oriented driven, “make-it-happen”, aggressive sales mindset, strive for excellence, and able to work and plan independently.
