Section 1 - JOB DESCRIPTION The spare parts coordinator manages the spare parts purchasing, warehouse operations, as well as transport documentation and calibration records for measurement instruments within the factory. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE Manage spare parts purchasing activities, including: Requesting and sending quotations to suppliers Issuing and monitoring daily purchase orders Oversee spare parts warehouse operations: Cataloguing materials Organizing and rearranging shelving Monitoring stock levels Manage transport documentation: Entering job orders into company systems Filing and forwarding documents to the accounting department Coordinate spare parts shipments: Organizing pick-ups from suppliers Preparing pallets for returns or repairs Issuing and managing outbound delivery notes Supervise calibration documentation: Monitoring deadlines Collecting and archiving calibration certificates for all measurement instruments in the factory Section 2 - CANDIDATE PROFILE Detail-oriented, organized, and precise Hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously Capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with suppliers and internal stakeholders Flexible and solution-oriented mindset EDUCATION, LANGUAGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent; technical or logistics-related education is preferred Basic understanding of logistics, purchasing, and warehouse processes Ability to work both independently and as part of a team ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL OR FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIE Previous experience in similar roles (logistics, warehouse, purchasing, or supply chain) Knowledge of warehouse management processes and material handling Familiarity with transport documents (delivery notes / DDT) and logistics flows Proficiency in ERP systems and standard IT tools (Excel, MS Office) Basic knowledge of shipping processes and supplier management Experience in managing measurement instruments and calibration processes is a plus LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES & PERSONAL STYLE Strong sense of accountability and reliability Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset Good planning and organizational skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively KEY STAKEHOLDERS - JOB PROFILE DEFINITION & CANDIDATE SELECTION Internal Stakeholders: Production Department Maintenance Department Quality Department Accounting & Finance Department Supply Chain / Procurement Team External Stakeholders: Spare parts suppliers and vendors Logistics and transportation providers Calibration service providers and certification bodies Altre Informazioni: Tipo di contratto: Tempo pieno e Tempo indeterminato RAL: 28.000 - 33.000 K
