Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management & Collection Support Monitor FEMI (1st EMI), 6th MOB, high bucket and arrear cases to improve portfolio performance. Share daily MIS reports covering FEMI, 6th MOB, bucket-wise delinquency, arrears and EV portfolio cases. Coordinate with Collections and Field Teams for timely case resolution and feedback closure. Drive follow-up mechanisms to improve repayment performance and portfolio health. Track and analyze portfolio trends, risks and resolution progress. Business Quality Management Monitor RC pendency and drive timely closure with field teams. Track File Dispatch TAT and ensure adherence to service standards. Share quality MIS highlighting gaps, pendencies and action items. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely clearance of pending cases. Support process improvements to strengthen business quality and compliance. MIS, Reporting & Analytics Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports. Create dashboards and analytical reports for business monitoring. Ensure data accuracy, consistency and timely reporting. Generate actionable insights to support business decisions. Key Skills Required Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills. Proficiency in data management, MIS preparation and reporting. Dashboard creation and data analytics expertise. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Power Query preferred). Strong communication, coordination and execution capability.
