Job Description – L3 TW SALES Designation ASSITANT MGR Department TW SALES Level L3 Employment Type Full-time Location Pune Reporting Manager Title Deputy General Manager Language Marathi, Hindi & English Travel Yes Academic Qualification Full time & MBA (Preferred) Work Experience 7 years Domain Knowledge (Preferable) NBFC/ Banking/ BFSI Job Purpose Drive business growth by leading field sales execution, ensuring lead conversions, and delivering disbursal targets across assigned geographies. Key Responsibilities 1. Achieve disbursal and lead conversion targets across assigned geography through effective team and channel management. 2. Plan, allocate, and monitor sales targets for Credit Sales Managers and Field Agents using key metrics like FEMI rate and lead-to-login conversion. 3. Conduct regular dealer and sub-dealer visits to assess performance, gather market intelligence, and strengthen partner engagement. 4. Supervise execution of sales campaigns, field activities, and customer engagement ensuring adherence to process and productivity standards. 5. Resolve escalations from customers, channel partners, and internal teams, personally handling high-impact cases for timely closure. 6. Monitor market trends, competitor schemes, and customer preferences to guide scheme deployment and competitive positioning; share insights with leadership. 7. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and sub-dealers to ensure sales alignment and smooth operations. 8. Conduct regular training for field teams on product knowledge, sales tactics, and compliance. 9. Ensure timely and accurate daily reporting, performance reviews, and MIS submissions to regional sales management. 10. Utilize data analytics tools to track sales performance, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions. 11. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies to mitigate risks and maintain organizational standards.
