Responsibilities: Development of Proprietary Vehicle components for Motorcycle & CV Projects as per Project timelines. (Components like Locks , Brakes, Fork & Shock Absorbers, Springs, Cables, Seat Belts, Drive Shaft, Steering System, CNG/LPG Kits, Cylinders, Ball Joints etc ). End to End responsibility for Quality , Cost ,Delivery of the Component. 7 Competency Requirements Technical/ Functional: Knowledge of manufacturing processes – Casting, machining , Sheetmetal, Rubber molding & Assembly / Testing etc. Zero based costing of components . Supply Chain Management and Vendor Development. Desirable: Knowledge of tools , jigs and fixture design and costing , TPM , IATF, PPAP , APQP, SAP.
