Job Location: Bangalore, Chennai & Mumbai Experience: 6+ years Primary Skills : Intune, MDM, Autopilot, Hybrid joins Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days only Interested candidates can share their resume to prabhu.v@atos.ai Job Description: Endpoint Management • Manage Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices through Microsoft Intune. • Configure and maintain device enrollment methods, including Autopilot and Apple Business Manager integrations. • Implement and manage device compliance, configuration, and security policies. Application Management • Package, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain Win32, Store, LOB, iOS, Android, and macOS applications. • Manage Company Portal applications and app assignments. • Support application updates and vulnerability remediation activities Security & Compliance • Configure and maintain BitLocker, Windows Hello for Business, Defender, Conditional Access, and security baselines. • Monitor compliance status and remediate non-compliant devices. • Support vulnerability management and security-related initiatives. Troubleshooting & Support • Act as L3 escalation point for Intune and endpoint management incidents. • Troubleshoot Autopilot, enrollment, policy deployment, compliance, application installation, and device management issues. • Work with Microsoft support vendors and internal stakeholders on complex problems. Change & Project Activities • Design, test, and implement new Intune configurations and policies. • Validate changes in pilot environments before production deployment. • Participate in CAB reviews and change management processes. Documentation & Governance • Create and maintain SOPs, KB articles, technical documentation, and operational procedures. • Ensure all activities follow organizational security and compliance standards. • Provide KT sessions and support L1/L2 teams
