The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are: • Ceramic wall and floor tiles • Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products • Precast concrete products and architectural elements • Office & home furniture and interior décor products Job Purpose The Representative, Outdoor Sales is responsible for driving sales and building relationships with new and existing customers in assigned territories. This role focuses on acquiring new business, promoting the company's products or services, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication, follow-up, and support in outdoor or field settings. Functional Responsibilities Sales Generation: Actively prospect and acquire new customers within the assigned geographical area. Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending trade events. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients to drive sales. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Follow up regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Product Promotion & Brand Awareness: Promote and represent the company’s products and services, ensuring they align with the customer’s needs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products to effectively position the company’s offerings. Provide customers with detailed product information, price quotes, and recommendations. Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the sales manager. Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes, ensuring accurate forecasting. Maintain and update records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software. Market Analysis & Feedback: Monitor competitor activity, including pricing, promotions, and products. Gather and report customer feedback to the sales manager to assist in product development and marketing strategies. Analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies to maximize business growth. Administrative Support: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, proposals, and contracts. Ensure timely follow-up on orders and delivery of products or services. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. Customer Service & Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved. Handle order discrepancies, delivery issues, and product concerns with professionalism. General Responsibilities HR Proficiency: Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job To have a vision and a plan for the career path and how to achieve it. Delivery: Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. Problem-Solving: Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues. Quality: Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. Business Process Improvements: Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible. Compliance: Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions. Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
