Specialist Product Operations (Data management)

Please note the title on contract is: Specialist Marketing Operations PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION: Support the product system update by coordinating with the product team to ensure timely product data maintenance and accurate analysis, contributing to goal delivery and KPI performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Master Data & System Maintenance: Ensure data consistency between official Line Lists and internal systems (such as M-3, Hublight, SAP, and ALS) through regular updates and validations. Sample & Asset Management: End-to-end sample process management, including order consolidation, delivery tracking, lending/returns, and showroom/space organization. Data Management & Report Consolidation: Track, download, and consolidate regional (GCA) and global reports, presentation decks, and product change databases on a regular basis. Go-To-Market (GTM) & Cross-Functional Meeting Coordination: Coordinate key meetings (e.g., Trade Meetings, SMM, Buy Meetings) with full process ownership—from agenda planning and logistics setup to content consolidation and action follow-up. Other job-related work assignment. KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Product team KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES : Data analysis and planning skills. Project management skills High sensitive towards numbers. Logical thinking Good communication skills. REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Minimal 2 years experience in data management and analysis. With experience in a global consumer goods company will be a plus. Experience in strategic planning is a plus. Passion for sports is a plus
