Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Enable the team to, together with market and global teams, secure the best availability for the business within the given cost constraints efficiently and effectively by delivering automation, decision-support tools and process improvement. Act as a strategic partner to operational team by transforming data into actionable insights, improving process visibility, and developing scalable solutions using tools such as Power BI. Responsibilities Develop dashboards, as well as other analytical solutions, to provide visibility into availability, inventory performance, and operational KPIs. Translate commercial needs related to availability and inventory into supply chain requirements/ solutions with analytical frameworks and insights that support decision-making. Identify opportunities to automate processes and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy. Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable analytical solutions. Act as a key analytics partner for supply chain, planning, and business teams. Project support: implementation of a project/ pilot within area of responsibility Acting as the backup for the Team Leader Key Relationships Market Supply Chain Management Supply Chain teams Data & Analytics Teams Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems Continuous improvement mindset with focus on automation and process optimization Team player and effective collaborator Ability to communicate effectively Good knowledge of MS Office (advanced MS Excel skills) and SAP Good knowledge of Power BI, SQL and data visualization Fluent in English, additional language is a plus Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, data analytics, information systems, or related fields. Master’s degree is a plus. 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or supply chain management roles preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries . Experience working with cross-functional operational teams and delivering analytical solutions that improve performance.
