Industry groups have recognized ONECONTROL as one of the most compelling tower systems in the region, and our ability to connect powerful tower automation with the airside is attracting new customers worldwide. We’re now looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager Tower Automation Solutions (Europe) who will drive this momentum across Europe. Your Role As our Sales & Business Development Manager for Region Europe your mission is clear: build pipeline, win deals, and grow our footprint with ANSPs and airports. You’ll own the sales cycle end‑to‑end, sales plans and work closely with product, engineering, and bid teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs in a highly regulated and competitive environment. This role requires close collaboration with our Business Line Tower. What You’ll Do Drive competitive wins in a market dominated by large incumbents Build and manage a high stake sales pipeline across European ANSPs and airports Own the entire sales process and financial targets: prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiations, and closing. As our champion: Position CORTEX ONECONTROL as the preferred tower automation solution in Europe at ANSPs and Airports Engage with decision‑makers, operational teams, and industry stakeholders Align Tower opportunities with the group’s Airside 4.0 strategy. Represent ADB SAFEGATE at key events What You Bring At least 7+ years of experience and deep understanding in B2B solution sales Profound knowledge of Air Traffic Control and airport sector is a must to start right away A proven track record of negotiating and closing complex deals in the European ATM market A pertinent and reliable business network to carry our EU business forward Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently to experts and decision makers.
