MARKETING INTERN - LUXURY SKINCARE Darmstadt – 6 months internship This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within Coty’s Luxury Division. Supporting an iconic skincare brand, you will contribute to product launches, marketing activations, business analysis, and cross-functional projects while developing a strong understanding of brand management in the beauty industry. THE ROLE OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE! As our Marketing Intern, you play a critical role in supporting brand management activities. You will be reporting to the Brand Manager , and you will: Support the planning and execution of product launches, with a focus on the 4 Ps (Product, Price, Place and Promotion). Become fully integrated into the daily activities of a Brand Manager. Support the development and execution of brand initiatives. Create and update sales and marketing materials. Support the design and coordination of marketing campaign assets and flyers. Coordinate sampling activities and promotional initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of projects. Support market analysis, reporting, and performance tracking. Prepare business data and presentations for internal stakeholders. YOU ARE A COTY FIT As a proactive and analytical team player, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are proactive, curious, collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty. Currently enrolled in a business-related degree, ideally with a specialization in Marketing. Completed at least three semesters of study with strong academic performance. Previous internship or practical marketing experience is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and numbers. Ability to work independently and take a solution-oriented approach. Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.
