Ensuring data quality as part of monthly reporting Development and maintenance of PeopleAnalytics in SAP SuccessFactors Continuous expansion and improvement of our HR reporting tools Support with data collection and the creation of ad-hoc reports Coordination of CSR reporting (Corporate Social Responsibility) Preparation of audits in cooperation with the local companies on site Coordination between external auditors and our plants worldwide in the course of audits on CSR and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Completed business studies or comparable qualification High IT affinity and very good analytical skills Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage Experience in the area of CSR and ESG is a must Ability to grasp and systematically process complex issues Reliability and passion for analytical and reporting topics Team spirit and service orientation Ability to work independently and organizational skills Willingness for business trips Written and spoken English at a very good level German language skills would be an advantage Start date: asap Location: Pirk, Germany Working hours: part time is possible (30h/week as a minimum requirement) #LI-Hybrid way of working: homeoffice up to 3 days per week (after initial onboarding period)
