Job Purposes Responsible for providing support to set up plans, strategies and policies about data analysis and interpretation, including monitoring overall operations and operating cost following the plans, in order to support data analysis and interpretation operations effectively, increase market share, reduce costs, and manage losses, aligning with organization’s policies and objectives Key Roles and Responsibilities Analyze data and participate in setting up annual budget and directions of data analysis and interpretation operations to provide mutual understanding throughout the organization Plan, monitor, and manage overall operations of data analysis and interpretation, to ensure effective business operations aligning with organization’s goals and objectives Monitor providing performance report, data accumulation, management, and delivery, to support business development Plan and follow up the assessment for data analysis and interpretation operations Control making summary reports of overall data analysis and interpretation to propose to the supervisor Provide coaching and recommendations to subordinates to improve skills in work Keep up to date with new knowledge and technology to apply in own department to improve and enhance productivity in work Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in related field and 1-5 years of team management Have good understanding in data management and analysis Have analytic and multi-tasking skill Have good computer skills especially in MS Excel and Access, Database, SQL Have skill in management Have good communication skills Be able to coordinate Be observant Additional Information
