In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, demand generation, customer acquisition, and customer engagement across key public sector segments. You will collaborate closely with regional marketing teams, sales leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns, events, and account-based marketing initiatives that contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing complex marketing programs in a fast-paced technology environment. What will your typical day look like? Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns designed to generate awareness, leads, and customer engagement across public sector organizations. Partner with regional marketing teams, sales teams, and business stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with strategic business objectives. Plan, launch, and optimize customer acquisition programs, including events, webinars, digital campaigns, outbound marketing initiatives, and account-based marketing (ABM) programs. Support the development of marketing strategies tailored to specific industries and market segments within the public sector. Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and maximize return on investment. Collaborate closely with sales teams to support pipeline generation and business growth within key accounts. Manage external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure successful campaign execution. Create compelling marketing communications, content, and presentations for internal and external audiences. Track market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform marketing strategies and recommendations. About the team You will be part of a collaborative and high-performing marketing team focused on accelerating the adoption of cloud technologies across Canada’s public sector. The team works closely with global and regional stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-driven programs that support public sector organizations in their digital transformation journeys. Enough about us, let’s talk about you 3+ years of experience planning, managing, and executing marketing programs in a B2B technology environment. Experienced in partner marketing or alliance-driven marketing programs Proficient with cloud ecosystem marketing (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, etc.) Competent in marketing cloud technology, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions. Must have hands-on experience with public sector (healthcare, education, or defense organizations) marketing initiatives and campaigns. Proven experience driving demand generation, customer acquisition, and awareness campaigns. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholder groups. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience measuring and optimizing marketing performance. Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well: Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and execution. Quebec Locations: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams. Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $90,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
