We are changing the world with: Trusted products that accelerate drug discovery, development, and delivery to save lives Damage-resistant cover glass to enhance the devices that keep us connected Optical fiber, wireless technologies, and connectivity solutions to carry information and ideas at the speed of light Precision glass for advanced displays to deliver richer experiences Auto glass and ceramics to drive cleaner, safer, and smarter transportation Solar polysilicon, wafers, and innovative photovoltaic modules, enabling low-cost solar energy solutions Day to Day Responsibilities • Sales order execution and follow ups, including: - Receive, validate and process customer orders accurately and timely in SAP. - Provide Order Acknowledge and shipping documents to customers timely and work for order related requests and issues - Track STP & STR and work with team to implement corrective actions or improvement plan for smooth order process and customer satisfaction • Coordinate and support for account receivable, overdue payment, credit limit management and resolve customer payment discrepancies. • Monthly reports • Work with team for RMA process and follow ups • Team back up and other project supports as needed Requirements: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree, prefer major in English or International trade related Optical module industry company work experience is preferred 5+ years working experience as CSR, prefer in commercial team and work with plant directly Requirements: Required Skills Customer oriented, patient and responsible, Good English writing, can speak fluently Understood International Trade process and familiar with incoterm and Ocean and air shipments , familiar with custom and bonded warehouse process is preferred Good communication skill, teamwork spirit Familiar to use office software_ Excel, Word and Power point Familiar with SAP or other ERP system Basic financial knowledge Corning is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and considers requests for reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable laws.
