Requirements for the employee The job is suitable for: Graduate Minimum education required University education (Master's degree) Educational Specialization IT support or administration Language skills English - Upper intermediate (B2) Driving licence B Personality requirements and skills A university degree or equivalent experience in IT support or administration Strong English language Knowledge of Microsoft Products (Windows, M365, Exchange, AD…) Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Ability to work under pressure in a production environment Familiarity with ITIL incident, change and request management processes (e.g., ticketing systems) Experience with ERP/MES systems Basic understanding of industrial systems (PLC, SCADA Experience with virtualization (VMware, Proxmox, Nutanix) Experience with device management tools such as Microsoft Intune Experience with IT asset management and inventory tracking
