Business Operations Manager

As part of our transformation into a SAP-driven manufacturing organization, we are looking for an experienced leader who will drive business support processes across planning, procurement and operational excellence. You'll become a key business partner to the Plant Manager and play an important role in the further development of our site. Your responsibilities Lead production planning and coordinate customer demand with manufacturing capacity Drive strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations Build long-term supplier partnerships and identify cost optimization opportunities Ensure effective master data management and support SAP processes Monitor operational KPIs and support business decision making Lead and develop the Business Support team Drive continuous improvement and process standardization Cooperate closely with Operations, Quality, Finance, HR and Global Functions Zamestnanecké výhody, benefity Why join us?
