The GDS team plays an important role in EYs strategy by ensuring effective support to EYs growth agenda. Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EYs global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services. Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation. Your Key Responsibilities Own and support SAP PP processes including Demand Planning, MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Scheduling.Configure and enhance PP master data (BOM, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions).Support MRP runs, analyze exceptions, and optimize planning parameters.Work closely with MM, QM, EWM, IBP, and OT/Planning teams to ensure seamless integration.Participate in SIT, UAT, cutover, and golive support, including hypercare.Analyze defects and change requests; provide root cause analysis and solution design.Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and process documentation.Engage with business stakeholders across regions to gather requirements and align expectations. Skills And Attributes For Success What we look for 4+ years of handson experience in SAP PP with some experience in MMStrong knowledge of MRP, Planned Orders, Production Orders, Capacity Planning.Experience integrating PP with MM, QM, EWM, and/or IBP.Exposure to highvolume, complex manufacturing environments (semiconductor / hightech preferred).Strong debugging, testing, and documentation skills.Ability to work in a global, offshoreonshore model and manage stakeholders effectivelyExperience in highvolume, complex manufacturing or hightech environments.
