Job Description We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Trainer who can combine technical expertise with effective teaching skills. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, helping learners understand Salesforce concepts, and preparing them for real-world project scenarios. Responsibilities: Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Salesforce (Admin & Developer topics)Design and develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessmentsProvide hands-on training on real-time scenarios including configuration, customization, and automationGuide students on Salesforce concepts such as Data Modeling, Security, Automation, and Apex, LWC, IntegrationAssist learners in building projects, case studies, and practical implementationsEvaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, and mock interviewsProvide mentorship and career guidance to studentsStay updated with latest Salesforce releases and featuresCollaborate with internal teams to align training with industry requirementsSupport students in certification preparationMaintain training documentation and progress reports Requirements: 35 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Trainer or Salesforce Developer/AdminStrong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)Good understanding of Salesforce configuration: Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Workflows, FlowsExperience with Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and data managementFamiliarity with Reports & DashboardsUnderstanding of deployment tools and CI/CD (Change Sets, Copado)Knowledge of version control systems like GitExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to simplify complex concepts for learnersExperience in delivering classroom and online training sessions Educational Qualification: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fieldSalesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I) preferred .
