About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Take one-on-one voice calls and chats with learners through the Bangalore Connect app. 2. Explain manual testing fundamentals, STLC, test scenarios and test cases, defect life cycle, bug reporting, and severity classification. 3. Guide the manual-to-automation transition, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, framework design, and the Java or Python basics a tester actually needs. 4. Cover API testing with Postman or REST Assured, and basic SQL for backend validation. 5. Review the user's test cases, scripts, or framework structure and explain what to correct. 6. Run mock QA interviews and improve how users answer scenario-based and situational questions. 7. Advise on resumes, projects, certifications worth doing, and what Bengaluru QA teams actually screen for. 8. Maintain a professional, respectful tone and follow platform quality guidelines on every interaction.
