GyanSys has delivered more than 75+ S/4 HANA Projects. We are looking to add experienced Senior Functional Consultant SAP PLM: As the functional lead, you will drive end-to-end solution delivery across Manage Specification, Manage Recipe, and Mass Change applications on SAP S/4HANA 2022. You will collaborate with global business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP PLM enhancements from requirements through hypercare. Key Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering and solution design with global business stakeholders.Prepare functional specifications, process flows, validations, workflows, and acceptance criteria.Configure SAP PLM and work closely with ABAP, OData, and SAP Fiori/UI5 developers.Perform impact analysis across specifications, recipes, formulas, workflows, classifications, and related PLM objects.Drive SIT, Regression, UAT, defect management, production support, and hypercare.Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership within Agile/DevOps teams. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in SAP PLM with Specification Management and/or Recipe Management.Expertise in: Manage Specification, Manage Recipe, Mass Change, SAP Fiori, SAP EHS/PLM, BRF+, Workflow & AuthorizationsFunctional Design & Testing and bility to collaborate effectively with ABAP, OData, and SAPUI5 development teams.Experience in global R&D or regulated manufacturing environments is highly desirable.SAP certification is a plus. .
