Credit Card Officer

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Credit Card Officers to join our Finance Bank in Kollam/Karunagappally. Applications are invited from both male and female candidates who are passionate about sales, customer service, and financial products. As a Credit Card Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to prospective customers, identifying new business opportunities, explaining card features and benefits, assisting customers with the application process, verifying required documents, and achieving monthly sales targets. You will also build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide after-sales support, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines. Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Previous experience in banking, financial services, or sales is preferred; however, motivated freshers with a positive attitude and strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. .
