Job Title: L2 Application Support Engineer Banking Domain Experience: 1+ Years Job Description We are looking for an experienced L2 Application Support Engineer with a solid background in the Banking domain. The candidate will be responsible for providing Level 2 production support, incident management, issue analysis, and ensuring smooth functioning of banking applications. Key Responsibilities Provide L2 production/application support for banking applications. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues. Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management. Monitor application health and system performance. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate with L3/Development teams. Support deployments, releases, and maintenance activities. Work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support when required. Required Skills 1+ years of L2 Application Support experience. Experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain. Strong knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting. Experience with Unix/Linux commands. Knowledge of Incident Management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.). Experience with log analysis and application monitoring. Good understanding of ITIL processes. Strong analytical and communication skills.
