The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS), and be capable of bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. Experience with FinnOne will be an added advantage. Key Requirements Strong Banking and Lending domain experience.Hands-on experience with LOS (Loan Origination System) and LMS (Loan Management System) platforms.Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Experience working closely with business users, development teams, and testing teams.Understanding of lending lifecycle, credit processes, and loan servicing.Experience in system implementation, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.Exposure to FinnOne is desirable.
