The role involves requirement gathering, functional documentation, stakeholder management, data analysis, and delivering mobility/payment solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather and document requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases). Analyze data, define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting requirements. Work on mobility and payment ecosystems including UPI, wallets, gateways, reconciliation, settlements. Facilitate workshops, UAT, Agile ceremonies, and stakeholder meetings.
