Along with agriculture, our business activities extend across multiple sectors, including solar energy, fisheries and goat farming. As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executivewho can manage the accounting and compliance requirements of our farms and associated businesses. This is not a routine accounting desk job. The selected candidate will gain practical exposure to accounts, billing, taxation, compliance and financial reporting across a diverse range of businesses. Key responsibilities will include Maintaining books of accounts for farms and associated businessesRecording purchase, sales, expense, payment and receipt entriesPreparing invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documentationManaging bank entries, reconciliations and cash recordsCoordinating with Chartered Accountants for finalisation of accountsAssisting in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirementsMaintaining vendor, customer and client account recordsPreparing receivable and payable statementsSupporting documentation required for audits, banking and taxationMaintaining proper records of farm expenses, labour costs and agricultural inputsPreparing crop-wise accounts for cucumber and other crops managed for clientsHelping calculate crop production costs, revenue, profitability and client-wise accountsPreparing periodic MIS reports for management reviewCoordinating with farm managers and operational teams for collection of bills and expense recordsEnsuring that accounting documents and compliance records are complete and properly organisedEligibility and Qualifications Applicants must have A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degreeAt least 2 years of practical experience working with a Chartered Accountant or CA firmGood understanding of basic accounting principlesPractical knowledge of bookkeeping, billing and bank reconciliationFamiliarity with GST, TDS and general compliance documentationWorking knowledge of Tally, accounting software and Microsoft ExcelAbility to maintain accurate and well-organised financial recordsGood coordination and communication skillsWillingness to learn accounting practices relating to agriculture and diverse businessesA responsible, disciplined and detail-oriented approach to work We are looking for someone who is curious, dependable and interested in building a career beyond conventional accounting.
