The successful candidate will be responsible for building Fireflink into a leading enterprise test automation platform across the global region while driving sustainable revenue growth and market penetration. The ideal candidate will come from a background in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, Test Automation Products, Enterprise SaaS, AI Platforms, or Digital Engineering organisations, with significant experience managing large regional businesses and enterprise sales teams. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Business Growth & P&L; Ownership - Own and drive the overall business strategy, revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion objectives. - Carry complete responsibility for regional business performance, including sales, customer success, partnerships, and operational outcomes. - Build and execute annual and multi-year growth plans aligned with company objectives. - Drive predictable revenue generation through new customer acquisition, account expansion, renewals, and strategic partnerships. - Establish and manage regional forecasts, business plans, and performance metrics. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
