Role : Workday Functional Analyst Experience : 4 to 10 Years Work model : Work from Office Description : We are seeking a Workday Functional Analyst foe our client to join their global HR Technology team and support the continuous improvement of our Workday platform. You will be responsible for maintaining functional configuration, ensuring data quality, and helping implement new capabilities that enhance both employee and HR experience. In this role, you will work closely with Technical Partners and HR to translate business requirements into system solutions. What were looking for : Hands-on experience with Workday HCM configurationGood understanding of HR processes and their technical dependenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsClear communication abilities and comfort working with global stakeholders Ideal candidate : Workday Pro certification or experience in implementation or optimisation projectsFamiliarity with Workday security, business processes, or configuration best practicesExperience supporting HR teams in a functional or system-focused roleStrong customer-focus and a continuous improvement mindset .
