We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Flutter development with additional expertise in native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) platforms. This role involves building high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications while leveraging native platform capabilities when needed. Key Responsibilities Development & Technical Excellence Design and develop robust, scalable Flutter applications for both Android and iOS platforms Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards Implement responsive UI/UX designs that work seamlessly across different screen sizes and orientations Integrate RESTful APIs and handle data persistence using local databases and cloud services Develop and maintain platform channels for native functionality integration Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers on Flutter best practices Cross-Platform & Native Integration Leverage native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) knowledge to create custom platform-specific implementations Build and maintain platform channels for accessing native device features Optimize app performance across both platforms, addressing platform-specific considerations Troubleshoot and resolve cross-platform compatibility issues Implement native modules when Flutter plugins are insufficient Collaboration & Process Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver features on time Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation Stay updated with latest Flutter releases, native platform updates, and industry best practices. Required Qualifications Technical Skills Flutter & Dart: 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Flutter framework and Dart programming language Android Development: Strong experience with Kotlin, Android SDK, and Android Studio iOS Development: Proficiency in Swift, iOS SDK, and Xcode State Management: Experience with Flutter state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, or similar) API Integration: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and HTTP client libraries Database: Experience with local databases (SQLite, Hive, ObjectBox) and cloud databases Version Control: Proficiency with Git and team-oriented development workflows Platform Knowledge Deep understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture) Experience with platform-specific UI guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines) Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store Understanding of mobile app security best practices and data protection Additional Technical Skills Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications Knowledge of testing frameworks (Unit testing, Widget testing, Integration testing) Familiarity with Firebase services, push notifications, and analytics integration Understanding of app performance optimization and memory management .
