Key Responsibilities Administer and manage enterprise Storage & Backup infrastructure. Configure and support SAN/NAS storage environments. Perform backup, restore, and recovery operations. Monitor storage utilization, system health, and backup performance. Ensure successful completion of scheduled backup jobs. Troubleshoot storage and backup-related incidents. Execute Disaster Recovery (DR) activities and DR drills. Perform capacity planning and storage optimization. Collaborate with Windows, Linux, Virtualization, and Infrastructure teams. Maintain operational documentation and technical reports. Follow ITIL processes and operational best practices. Additional Responsibilities (Lead Role) Design and implement enterprise storage solutions. Lead storage migration and infrastructure upgrade projects. Drive storage performance optimization and capacity planning. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership. Coordinate with vendors and manage critical escalations.
