Job Description Requirements - Experience : 5+ Years - Solid experience with IBM ACE Technology, including IBM API Connect v10+ and IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE, formerly IIB) - Strong coding skills and expertise in ESQL, XSLT, and Java for developing within the ACE platform - Hands-on experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting solutions using IBM ACE, including message flows, web services, and data transformations - Sound knowledge of REST, XML/JSON, WSDL, SOAP, JMS, HTTPS, SSL, and CSV formats - Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, middleware technologies, and data formats - A clear understanding of different security mechanisms and protocols - Solid experience with IBM MQ, including configuration and troubleshooting - Proficiency in Java or other programming languages for extending ACE functionalities - Should have a good understanding of any major database technology - Should have a good understanding of Basic Unix commands and shell scripting - Basic understanding of Cloud concepts and platforms - Should have knowledge of creating and implementing pipelines through CI/CD methodologies - Working knowledge of API Gateway, DataPower, and Cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, Azure, or AWS) is a plus Responsibilities - Design and develop APIs using IBM API Connect v10 or later - Configure and manage API Gateway policies for security, rate limiting, and transformation - Customize and maintain the IBM API Connect Developer Portal - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and services with backend systems - Monitor and analyze API performance using built-in analytics tools - Ensure API security using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and other relevant protocols - Manage the full API lifecycle, including versioning, staging, publishing, and retirement - Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated API and integration deployment - Troubleshoot and resolve API-related and integration issues in development and production environments Qualifications Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. .
