If you're passionate about building immersive experiences across Games, AR, VR, Mixed Reality, simulations, and interactive applications, we'd love to hear from you. Role Overview : We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Unity Developer with 46 years of hands-on experience in Unity and C# to develop high-quality Games, AR, VR, Mixed Reality, and interactive applications. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, capable of independently handling client communication, mentoring junior developers, making architectural decisions, and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities : Development : Design, develop and maintain Games, AR/VR/MR applications, simulations and interactive experiences using Unity and C#.Develop new gameplay systems and features based on design documents and business requirements.Write clean, reusable, scalable and maintainable code following best coding practices.Review Game Design Documents (GDDs) and provide technical feedback before development begins.Debug, optimise and improve application performance across multiple platforms. Technical Leadership : Lead technical implementation and contribute to architecture and development decisions.Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.Estimate development effort and participate in sprint planning. Client & Team Collaboration : Take client calls independently understand requirements, provide technical clarity, manage expectations professionally.Independently communicate with international clients to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.Collaborate with Designers, Artists, QA, Producers and Business Analysts throughout the development lifecycle.Maintain project documentation and technical handover documents. Version Control & Deployment : Maintain source code using Git or Perforce.Build and deploy applications for Android, iOS, Windows, WebGL and XR devices.Support production releases and resolve post-release issues. Required Qualifications (Must-Have) : Bachelors degree in computer science, Game Development, Information Technology, or a related discipline.46 years of professional experience with Unity and C#.Excellent spoken and written English you will be client-facing from Day 1.Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns.Experience developing 2D/3D games and interactive applications.Experience with URP/HDRP rendering pipelines.Hands-on experience with AR/VR/Mixed Reality development.Strong understanding of Unity UI, Animation, Physics, Asset Management, and Performance Optimisation.Experience with Git, Perforce, or Plastic SCM.Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills : Experience with Photon, Mirror, Netcode for GameObjects, or other multiplayer solutions.Knowledge of Firebase, PlayFab, Azure, or AWS.Experience with Addressables, Scriptable Objects, and CI/CD pipelines.Published mobile games or XR applications are an advantage. .
