Lead UX Designer - Product & Experience Strategy

Role Overview We're looking for a Lead UX Designer who enjoys shaping direction as much as crafting outcomes. You'll lead experience initiatives end-to-end, partner closely with founders and senior stakeholders, mentor designers, and help define how NetPurna approaches product and UX in an AI-shaped world.
