As a Senior Associate - Organizational Change Management, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through transformation challenges by developing and implementing change management strategies that align with their strategic goals. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on optimizing organizational structures and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, helping clients achieve long-term success. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will build meaningful client relationships and develop a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating complexity and growing your personal brand. Responsibilities Developing and implementing change management strategies to support client transformation initiatives Conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to inform engagement plans Designing and executing communication strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and understanding Identifying training needs and creating comprehensive training plans to facilitate change adoption Utilizing business process analysis to optimize organizational structures and processes Collaborating with clients to align organizational design with strategic goals for improved efficiency Leveraging GenAI tools to enhance productivity and deliver quality solutions Supporting engagement managers by identifying and addressing client needs effectively Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to foster commitment to change initiatives Staying informed on trends in organizational change management to contribute to innovative solutions What You Must Have Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, Sociology, Psychology Certifications in Organizational Change Management, such as Prosci At least a Bachelor's degree At least 4 years of experience Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Proficiency in leveraging GenAI tools for productivity Excelling in strategic and creative problem-solving Supporting engagement managers in addressing client needs Demonstrating effective storytelling and communication skills Exhibiting strong ability to work independently and collaboratively Utilizing advanced instructional design techniques for training plans Developing comprehensive communication strategies for stakeholder engagement .
