Senior Architect (Team Lead)

5 Days working & 09:30 to 7:00pm Lead design and documentation of architectural projects across various typologies. Drive creative concepts while ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors for smooth project execution. Provide design direction to internal teams and ensure quality deliverables. Review and approve detailed drawings, models, and specifications. Maintain consistency in project approach, design standards, and narratives. Mentor and guide junior architects (35 members) and support their professional growth. Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within project teams. Represent the firm in client meetings and presentations. Understand and interpret client needs, translating them into successful design outcomes. Manage client communications throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee construction documentation and site coordination. Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation, quality, and resolve issues. Bachelors/Masters in Architecture with [612] years of relevant experience in Hospitality, Residential & Hotel Projects. Strong design sensibility and project leadership skills. Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Photoshop, etc. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Ability to manage teams, mentor junior members, and coordinate multiple stakeholders. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulatory compliances, and site coordination. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines. Compensation: 70,000.00 - 90,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
