Job Title: Admin cum Sales Coordinator Experience: 23 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Work from Office Job Summary We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Admin cum Sales Coordinator to support our day-to-day administrative and sales operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and be capable of managing email correspondence, client coordination, follow-ups, and administrative responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities. Check, monitor, and respond to official emails on a daily basis. Draft professional emails, quotations, proposals, and business correspondence. Make follow-up calls to clients regarding inquiries, proposals, payments, meetings, and ongoing business. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requirements. Handle day-to-day administrative activities, including maintaining records, documents, and office files. Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments. Prepare reports, maintain databases, and update records using MS Excel. Support management with administrative and coordination tasks as required. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong email drafting and business communication skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook. Good organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle customer relationships professionally with clients and vendors. Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Qualification Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 23 years of experience in Administration, Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or a similar role. Preferred Candidate Profile Professional, confident, and customer-oriented. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership. Capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
