Ability to articulate the business value of recommendations / plans / strategies Ability to interpret data, work with analytic models and advanced technologies and digital tools (e.g. cl oud HR, behavior change packages, immersive learning) Ability to effectively manage stakeholders in a multi-cultural and global environment Foreign language capabilities (eg.
