Summary We are seeking a seasoned Java Spring Boot Developer with 10-15 years of professional experience, including 7+ years in backend development, microservices architecture, and enterprise-grade application design. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems while actively contributing to team growth through mentorship and collaboration. This role is critical to driving innovation in our backend infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration across systems, and supporting continuous delivery in a cloud-native environment. You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our platform while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. Location: PAN INDIA Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks Build and document RESTful APIs for integration with frontend applications and third-party systems Implement robust security measures including authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices Partner with DevOps teams to establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native deployments Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production issues to ensure high application performance, availability, and reliability Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement and team efficiency Requirements Proficiency in Java and deep expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture Hands-on experience with message brokers such as Apache Kafka for event-driven systems Demonstrated ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise applications Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of troubleshooting complex production issues Proven experience mentoring junior developers and collaborating within cross-functional Agile teams Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Benefits .
