Job Overview About this role Algomind Academy is hiring a Program Manager University Relations for our Indore campus. In this role you will focus on university partnerships and academic program delivery, working closely with our academic and operations teams to deliver a high-quality, outcome-driven learning experience for our students. Responsibilities Own and execute university partnerships and academic program delivery initiatives end to end Coordinate with academic, marketing and placement teams Maintain accurate records, trackers and periodic reports Continuously improve processes based on feedback and data Coordinate workshops, bootcamps and FDPs on partner campuses Track partnership KPIs and renewal cycles Represent Algomind Academy professionally with students, parents and partners Required Skills Institutional relationship management Program planning Stakeholder communication MoU and proposal drafting Reporting and analytics Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in an EdTech or education environment Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline (B.Tech / MCA / BCA / MBA as applicable) Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi Portfolio, certifications or real project work in the relevant domain Benefits Competitive compensation aligned with experience Modern classrooms and fully equipped computer labs Skill upgradation and certification support Growth into senior and leadership roles Supportive, collaborative team culture Recognition and performance-based incentives .
