Role Description The Sales Manager Architect & Designer Relations is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for developing and managing relationships with architects, interior designers, and design firms, acting as a key liaison between clients and Muljis product and service offerings. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and approaching potential partners, conducting product presentations, coordinating samples and technical information, and following up on project leads and specifications to convert them into sales. The role involves regular site visits, participation in industry events, tracking the project pipeline, negotiating commercial terms within company guidelines, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales reporting tools. The Sales Manager collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, after-sales support, and high levels of client satisfaction, while also providing market feedback to inform product and business strategies. Qualifications Client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships with architects and designers.Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, including experience managing a sales funnel and achieving defined targets.Solid communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in explaining product features, technical details, and value propositions to professional audiences.Organizational and planning skills, including pipeline tracking, visit scheduling, and timely documentation in CRM or similar tools.Understanding of building materials, interiors, or related product domains; prior experience working with architecture or design firms is highly beneficial.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Comfort working on-site in Mumbai, conducting frequent field visits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Proactive, self-directed work style, with a focus on ethical conduct, inclusion, and respect for diverse colleagues and clients. .
