The ideal candidate should have evolved from a Full Stack Developer into a technical leader, with proven experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications while driving AI-powered product development using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and modern AI frameworks. This role requires a hands-on engineering leader who can architect scalable solutions, mentor development teams, contribute to critical technical decisions, and successfully deliver enterprise applications enhanced with AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor Full Stack engineering teams across multiple projects. Design scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures for enterprise and AI-enabled applications. Strong experience in developing REST APIs, Microservices, Authentication, and Distributed Systems. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis. Strong understanding of cloud-native application development on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. AI Engineering Recent hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using Generative AI. Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering. Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and AI Agents. Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise software products. Understanding of AI application architecture, orchestration, and deployment strategies. Preferred Skills Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar. Hands-on experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or ChromaDB.
