About the Role : We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to serve as the technical North Star for the engineering organization. This is a senior "player-coach" role requiring a balance of deep hands-on development and architectural leadership. You will contribute production-level code while shaping engineering standards, mentoring teams, and ensuring the development of scalable, high-integrity systems. The role reports directly to the CTO based in the US.
