We are looking for highly motivated Fresh to 2 years Qualified Chartered Accountants to join the Record-to-Report (RTR) team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a multinational finance environment, supporting French legal entities while gaining hands-on experience in financial accounting, controllership, statutory reporting, and SAP-based finance operations. This position is ideal for candidates aspiring to build a long-term career in Global Finance, Financial Controllership, and Shared Services . Key Responsibilities As part of the RTR & Finance Controller team, you will: Execute Month-End and Year-End Financial Close activities. Prepare and post Journal Entries in SAP Perform General Ledger accounting and Balance Sheet reconciliations. Support Fixed Assets accounting, capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals. Assist Treasury accounting, cash management, and bank reconciliations & & Handle Factoring / Invoice discounting Prepare financial schedules and support statutory and internal audits. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and corporate governance requirements. Support Audit by co-ordinating with Statutory Auditors Work closely with Finance Controllers supporting French entities. Analyze financial data and investigate accounting variances. Support reporting requirements and management financial analysis. Participate in process improvement and finance transformation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe and India. Systems & Tools SAP ECC SAP S/4HANA Microsoft Excel MS Office Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years - Qualified Chartered Accountant. Strong conceptual knowledge of Financial Accounting and Corporate Reporting. Good understanding of Financial Statements and General Ledger accounting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work with global teams in a Shared Services environment. High level of ownership, accuracy, and attention to detail.
