Job Description Team Manager | AP Reporting & RTR Job Title: Team Manager AP Reporting & RTR Location: Kokapet GAAR, Hyderabad Shift: US Shift Employment Type: Full -Time Role Overview We are looking for a energetic Team Manager to lead a finance operations team while also contributing as an Individual Contributor (IC) in Accounts Payable (AP) Reporting. This is a hybrid role requiring a balance of hands -on reporting responsibilities and people management within the Record to Report (RTR) function. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team handling RTR (Record to Report) activities. - Own and deliver AP Reporting accurately and within defined timelines. - Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to SLAs/KPIs. - Drive month -end and period -end reporting activities. - Review reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements. - Handle stakeholder communication and provide regular business updates. - Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance. - Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation initiatives. - Collaborate with cross -functional teams to resolve operational issues. Required Skills & Experience - 710 years of experience in Finance & Accounting Operations. - Robust experience in Accounts Payable (AP) Reporting. - Good understanding of RTR (Record to Report) processes. - Proven people management and team handling experience. - Solid analytical, reporting, and problem -solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools. - Experience working in a shared services/BPO setting is preferred. - Ability to work in US Shift. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. - MBA (Finance), M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
