Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Services Specialist located in Pune. The IT Services Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing IT services, and offering exceptional customer service to ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and services within the organization. IT Asset Coordinator PAN India, responsible to validate approvals-requirements and complete IT Asset process. Qualifications Asset Management Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Experience in Information Technology and IT Service Management Customer Service skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant certifications in IT or related fields are a plus Experience in integrated facility management services is a plus Vendor Management .
