Role Description The Desktop/Laptop Support Engineers L1 role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves providing first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, and related hardware, including installation, configuration, and routine maintenance. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and operating system issues, handling software installations and updates, and ensuring systems comply with internal standards. The engineer will respond to support tickets, document incidents, and maintain clear communication with users to ensure timely resolution and a positive support experience.
